About Me
I'm Kristy and have been working in education for over 10 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. Then I went on to complete my Master's Degree to become a Reading Specialist from Olivet University.

Since I was young I have loved working with children. Once I became a mom, I was adamant about getting my baby to sleep. I read book after book to try and support my son sleeping through the night. Sleep training my son changed my life! I became a better mom, wife, and teacher. A new passion for supporting other moms was born. I decided I wanted to complete my certification to be a pediatric sleep consultant and became certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management.
Dreams by Design is a pediatric sleep consulting service that supports families whose goal is to achieve better sleep. If you find yourself in a similar position, I would love to help you and your child find success in developing positive sleep habits!

Free Consultation

Newborn Sleep Session
0-3 Months
One virtual 45 minute consultation with information on newborn sleep strategies and needs. One email follow up to be used within 12 weeks from consultation. One 30 minute follow up call within 12 weeks to answer any questions needed.
Individualized Sleep Plan
Preliminary evaluation consultation, customized sleep plan, daytime schedule, full coaching support for 2 weeks, unlimited email and text support, and 2 phone consultations to be used during your 2 weeks.
